The audience for the instrument is 6-12 science teachers. It solicits information regarding their opinions, their preparation, their teaching practice, and the quality and impacts of their professional development experiences. The questionnaire was developed and is administered to a random sample of teachers as part of the core evaluation of the Local Systemic Change through Teacher Enhancement program.
