This report, prepared for the U.S. Department of Education and the National Science Foundation, investigates: the use of Title I funds to support mathematics instruction; the integration of Title I funded programs with other local, state, and federally funded programs; and the characteristics of districts that support resource coordination well. The study included interviews of selected district administrators around the country and profiles of five districts exhibiting extensive coordination.
