The Cyber-enabled Learning: Digital Natives in Integrated Scientific Inquiry Classrooms project is supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation to Utah State University. The overall goal of the project is to determine whether teacher professional development and support for the use of cyber-enabled resources lead to meaningful student learning experiences, a reduction in gaps between informal and formal learning, and improved student outcomes. Horizon Research, Inc. serves as the external evaluator for the project.
